Great location. Five minutes walk from Yokohama station. Easy access to Haneda airport. Shops, restaurants and convenience stores close by. Nice clean room. Two large beds and sofa bed for the three of us. Coffee and kettle provided. Shower gel, shampoo and condition in bathroom as well as complementary toiletries at front desk. Clean towels every day. We also used the laundry and vending machines. Staff were very polite and friendly and we were each given a voucher for a complimentary drink at the bar (wine, iced tea or juice) We really enjoyed staying at The Knot Hotel.

A pleasant hotel in a great location about 6 minutes from Yokohama station and close to many restaurants and a convenience store and a supermarket just steps away. I plan to stay here whenever I'm in Yokohama.

Everything about this hotel is great. Close to the Yokohama station with plenty of dining options and shopping. Hotel staffs are very helpful and polite. Some of the furnishings a little dated. But overall great stay. Highly recommended 👍

Pretty good place to stay

We stayed in 3 hotels in Tokyo, and this was the best one. The layout is quite compact, but you can find everything you need. They provide all kinds of items that you will find handy, including shavers! I really enjoyed the overall vibe as well. This is also close to the nearby stations.

This hotel was very interesting. It had a retro feel to it. They even use actual keys for the rooms. They give you drink coupons to use at the bar, which was nice. Surrounding area has plenty of activities and restaurants. Yokohama station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Wonderful Stay!!!!

We loved staying at the Knot! It wowed us from the moment we walked in. Loved the whole modern, retro designs.The only regret was that we only had 1 night to stay in Yokohama. If our next hotel in Tokyo was cancellable, we would’ve stayed here longer even though it would’ve been a bit far from Tokyo. A front staff was very kind, professional and courteous. A room was in excellent condition and very clean. A location was very convenient (5 min walk from Yokohama station, and shops and restaurants were everywhere, including the bar on the 1F). We would definitely love to come back to stay here.
