A really unique experience. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Close proximity to the Rocks and Circuler Quay made the location so central for dining and entertaining out.

I didn’t like the fact that we spent $900 a night for a room where the kitchen is above the room and all you can hear is kitchen staff cleaning and banging around until 2am. Complained twice about the noise and suggested we stay somewhere else was the alternative at 12:30am…..

We had a fantastic 2 days in Sydney to celebrate our daughter’s 18th birthday. All care was provided and they even delivered cake to each room for her birthday. Fantastic hospitality and customer service.

Our stay at the Shangri-La was amazing. The staff (especially Myriam at the front desk) went above and beyond, making sure we were able to celebrate our special news and create wonderful memories. We look forward to returning to the Shangri-La again.
