We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Fullerton. The location is fantastic, we did not take an Uber or taxi the whole time we stayed there as everything was in walking distance - we walked to Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, the Botanic Gardens, Barangaroo and more plus right outside our hotel was the best shopping area you could imagine. 2 min walk to the Westfield building was fantastic. The hotel itself is stunning, very elegant and the lobby/bar & restaurant area was exceptional. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are great, had everything we needed. Only 2 things that could be improved were the pillows which were super uncomfortable and the shower which would not stay the same temperature. It would fluctuate from cold to really hot the whole time we were in the shower, pretty annoying but minor considering the rest of our experience was great. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Sydney.

don’t like early checkin cost of 170$. If management continues with this policy l will recommend to my contacts to stay elsewhere. nothing worse than arriving on early morning flight and being told no room available until check in time of 3pm by a snottynose kid,maybe time for a management cleanout
