We had a fantastic stay. The staff especially James at concierge were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. They really fussed over our dogs as well. They were really made welcome from their own bottled water, special food menu & even Doga. I really loved the lolly/candy table when you arrived at reception, great touch. Overall this is a very friendly hotel with great food & wonderful customer service.

Superb mini break away for myself and the kids! A welcome tray of treats was set up for the kids on arrival which was such l a lovely touch. Our room was just beautiful, the room service was delicious, the pool and spa were amazing - great for families and it is indoor so even if the weather isn’t great, the kids can still enjoy it. The variety at breakfast time was wonderful, the recently refurbished restaurant looks gorgeous and I can’t fault the service at all, in any area, the valet, concierge, reception, room attendants - they were all fantastic and ensured our stay was just what we wanted. We would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you very much.
