Liked the hotel overall - the terrace was lovely; I was disappointed that nibbles & drinks weren’t available by the pool after being advised they were - however, they were quick to explain and offered a table in the restaurant instead. Also, the shower usage, setup and temperature control were difficult to set up and manage.

I didn't like the view of the building site ... which could have been advertised, if the advertising had been more honest.

The Barangaroo development has progressively increased in scale and has moved to a phase on the site, where the construction is visible from our Harborview rooms. There is currently a significant amount of improvement work being done across the city of Sydney, and although the construction is visible, it does not obstruct our view of the water. We highly appreciate your understanding in this matter and are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our hotel and service regardless of the view. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were even left with a little surprise gift on arrival. A Fantastic stay all up.

the only thing i didnt like was there was no roof or shelter over the balcony which meant you couldn't sit out in the afternoon due to sun beating down on you. the rest of the property was perfect. The staff were amazing and were very welcoming. excellent customer service.

Despite amazing service and large rooms, the hotel serves the worst breakfast in any 3, 4 or 5 star hotel. The rooms are large and good, though dating. The harbour views are non existant, and not worth any premium. Construction noise in barangaroo is a small factor in feb 2021

Great Hotel, stayed at many hotels in Sydney. This is one of the best. Great service from reception to bar service. They take time to talk to you ask if there is anything they can do.
