I wanted to make this a special occasion for my partner. I called to arrange a bottle of champagne to be ready in the room, pre book a massage and dinner. Was told a form to book all this would be mailed to me. I had to call back 3 times just to get the booking link, and had to call again when none of the options were available and the payment link errored. How could ordering a bottle of champagne for a room be so hard for a large, notable Hotel? Ruined the special occasion. The only positive is that my partner said the room was okay. The bar, which didn’t require a booking, was also nice. Sorry, would not book again if the occasion is meant to be special.

Fabulous hotel. Great location. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed and very clean. Bathrooms are gorgeous. In room dining breakfast and dinner in The Commons were all excellent and the staff are lovely - friendly and responsive. A truly magical stay.

Check in and avaiability of staff was slow and poor. The room make up was sub standard with bed not made, glasses removed and not replaced and coffee not replenished. The room was not fully as advertised. Gym and pool were good though. Definitely not a five star experience or service.

Our experience was great! Front office staff (Bryce) that checked us in on the night of arrival was very personable and genuine. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and topping off our special celebration night! We'll definitely be back!

Check-in was smooth but the guy at the reception by the name Alex should take a hospitality course before working on a hotel. He looks like he hated what was doing. First impression of the hotel unwelcoming. Breakfast was okay but nothing like other hotels I’ve been to in Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast and overseas, probably the most simple breakfast. Check out was great the person was lovely.
