Check in and avaiability of staff was slow and poor. The room make up was sub standard with bed not made, glasses removed and not replaced and coffee not replenished. The room was not fully as advertised. Gym and pool were good though. Definitely not a five star experience or service.

Not happy with what was advertised paid for a view and got buildings to look and paid the same as the view price. They also kept my deposit of 549 and still waiting for its return. Meanwhile taking an extra 449 payment out of the same account. Leaving my account very empty. And still no reply of why I'm waiting for my deposit return. Would never stay again.

While clean and fancy ish, needs a bit of a charisma injection. A good city location, my park view room was as minimally park view as possible and questions such as “do you supply papers in the morning?”were met with wonder and then a no. Room service one night was surprisingly good but next very mediocre. Style wise nothing seems to have been revitalised since last time we stayed, well over a decade ago. Basically it’s a safe but unexciting choice in a good downtown location.
