I stayed in this hotel after a huge tragedy in my family, I also had a broken leg which meant I was in a wheel chair. The hotel manager and Ajay did everything they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The bed was so comfy and ajay was only a phone call away if I needed anything. My bags were taken to my room and my room was upgraded given my condition. I can’t wait to stay here again. The people that took care of me made me feel extra safe and spoilt. Thank you Yehs Hotel team for your kindness through such a difficult time. I will definitely be back.

Amazing staff, really went above and beyond. I would stay here again in a second. The room was small, great location, but an absolute bargain. It was very clean and had everything I needed (kettle, tea, fridge, hairdryer etc). I wish I could remember the staff member who I dealt with, he was extremely patient with me when I was late, loaned me an umbrella was an absolute delight.
