I was grateful for the staff tracking down an electric razor that I left in my room. The sent it to my by express post. Happy with that. The one thing that I did not like was that it was hard to get through to room service from the room phone and I had to ring from my mobile phone. They might need more staff to answer the phones internally. Handy for conference close by.

We had a lovely room. Everything was clean and made you feel very safe with Covid. A wonderful meal in the restaurant with very friendly happy (happy to have a joke ) wait staff. A really lovely motel - definitely worth telling your friends about !!

Location is awesome! so easy to get to from the airport via train. Beds super comfy had a wonderful sleep. Room was a bit tired and there was a smell in the halls and rooms of damp. Our shower also broke.

The staff were all very friendly, happy and pleasant. It is very conveniently located close to qudos bank arena (10 minute walk). Buffet breakfast was lovely, comfortable beds and quiet rooms (no lobby or next room noise), car park entry is close by with quick elevators and obvious covid measures in place; however our room was extremely dusty (which impacted on our son’s asthma); we booked for 3 people in 2 double beds and only had 2 pillows in the room; the bathroom was dusty with alot of lint and hair under the free standing bench and around the base of the toilet; there were nail clippings on the floor of the shower and someone’s hair still in the drain. This did seem unusual thought because most of the previous reviews to our stay were positive in terms on cleanliness. So thinking it might’ve been a “one off” situation.

Room was fine and good location. I find it disappointing that I paid over $370 a night including breakfast but Pullmans had the hide to charge me $44 to park in their car park. At no time was I advised of this charge until check out. Clearly states on their website that 1 car space is provided per room but says nothing about being charged for it!!!!!
