Staff were extremely helpful. Concierge were so lovely and had great personalities and customer service. I received an upgraded room, cake, wine and fruit platter as I mentioned I was there celebrating my birthday. The view from the room, especially the bathroom was amazing. We chose to stay at the Sofitel due to its proximity to the ICC. The staff at the Sofitel were amazing, from the door staff to the desk and wait staff. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. Dinner on Saturday night at the Atelier was delicious. Would definitely stay again. Special thanks to Matilda and Miguel, who were absolutely delightful.

The Sofitel is well maintained with nice rooms and attentive staff. However, it is severely overpriced, the harbour view from our room was obscured by adjacent construction, and construction wake us up in the morning. I wouldn’t recommend this property, particularly whilst the construction is occurring. Once completed, it will also severely impact the view of lower rooms.

I have been to 6 continents, dozens of countries, and have stayed at hotels around the world. Sofitel Darling Harbor has been my greatest experience and the true definition of a luxury hotel. I would like to thank the housekeeping team. I am one of those people who travel with my own cleaning kit. I even pack disposable sheets. There was No Need for my kit. The room was immaculate. A special thank you to Youngbin, Jefferson, Regilyn, and Shanthi. They decorated my room for my birthday and it was so special, it brought me to tears. Thank you to Claire, the front desk supervisor. She is so sweet and kind. Thank you for making my birthday and stay extra special. Thank you Sofitel.
