ROOM WAS DATED NEEDS REFURBING. BED WASNT REALLY COMFORTABLE AND FELT LIKE YOU ON THE FLOOR RATHER THEN A BED. ROOM WASNT EXACTLY CLEAN. CURTAINS HAD GRUBBY FINGER MARKS ALL OVER THEM AND STRUGGLED TO BLOCK OUT THE LIGHT FROM OUTSIDE. MILK SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN FRIDGE NOT ON COUNTER TOP. WAS A HOT DAY WHEN WE ARRIVED. AIR CON WASNT OVERLY AFFECTIVE CONSIDERING WE HAD IT ON 18 TO TRY AND COOL ROOM BUT STILL QUITE HOT AND STUFFY OVERNIGHT. WASNT WORTH THE 250 WE PAID WHEN I FEEL GOING TO IBIS UP THE ROAD FOR 300 AND THEY HAD RESTAURANT ON OFFER WAS BETTER VALUE. I WOULDNT STAY HERE AGAIN.

The cold water tap in the shower was dodgy, only 1 towel provided at first. Great location, room was fine.

The booking process was easy. Friendly staff. Clean room and the bed was comfortable. The only thing was the Wi Fi would stopped working many times, I had to go out to the elevators to re- connect which was annoying at times. Great location and good food shops around, Light rail down the corner. I enjoyed staying there expect for the Wi Fi issue.

The staff were friendly and the location wasn't too bad, but that is were it ends. The bed was so uncomfortable, I could feel every spring. The bathroom looked like it was 20 years old, I'm sure it was clean but it had stains that show after 20 years of use.
