The room was clean and quite comfortable, and the staff was courteous. Our only concern was trying to get shuttle transport from the hotel to the airport. Whilst it is not the hotel's fault, but if the hotel could co-ordinate better with the shuttle company advising us beforehand that the shuttle accepts ONLY CASH for the fares to the airport. Luckily we did have some cash with us. Strangely, we paid the hotel, along with the hotel bill, for the shuttle fare from the airport to the hotel. Why this inconsistency?????

We wanted to be close to a friend and the airport so this was convenient for both. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were extra large which was great. The only complaint if I was being really pedantic is you could see behind the door where it wasn’t getting vacuumed. There’s some grout and sealing required in the bathroom and the tap in the wall is the wrong size causing water to splash all over the bench. Other than that, we loved it

The shuttle was great. Hotel close to airport. Breakfast was NOT free. We were charged $56. That is a huge oversight. Hope to get a refund.

It was a very quiet room being so close the flight path. Staff were very helpful with any enquiries. Dinner was lovely with the chicken cook just right and not a piece of rubber. Flavour was very pleasant also. Easy check in and out. Will stay again. Being on my own this trip it was a relaxing venue and a good nights sleep.

My gratitude to the staff who were very understanding. My wife had injured herself and by the time we arrived at the hotel at 10:00 was in considerable pain. However the staff were very considerate and were able to have a room available immediately so my wife could relax comfortably. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
