The dining facilities down stairs were excellent the food was great and tasty and staff were quick and helpful. The staff in hotel did not come across as helpful or caring they were polite. Would have been nice to have a vending machine of some sorts just for a quick snack but otherwise room was clean and tidy

All of our windows are double glazed to provide smooth night sleep, but it is quite impossible to avoid city noise completely. Some of our rooms are located at the front of the building; these rooms are quieter compare to city facing rooms.
