January 21, 2021Customer Service is a Joke, Due to Covid Restrictions early in the year was unable to attend our booking. WOTIF would not refund due to these circumstances, even though the hotel was willing to due to the pandemic. They would not refund even with over a weeks notice prior to the booking. Wait time on phones was for hours and no one could resolve the issue. One phone call I was hung up on as soon as I was connected to a real person after waiting for 2 hours. Will NEVER use WOTIF again and would not recommend them to anyone. Any other booking I have had with other companies were more than accommodating. Very disappointing.
