Misleading advertisement. Advertised the room deliberately misleading. The resort I stayed at agreed with me and said I should request some sort of compensation from wotif however once I contacted qotif the representative refused to be of any assistance.
I will never use this company again and will ensure everyone I know does not use them either.

I recommend Wotif as a quick and easy way to make a hotel booking and the confirmation documentation is received just as quickly. The other excellent features are the cancellation policies and the choice pf making payment at the time of booking or paying after arrival at the hotel.
