In a good location close to plenty of restaurants and other food outlets plus ferries. Didnt like cockroach on bench and milk pods that was 10 months out of date and curdled.

As reported at the time, soon after I checked in, and was in the bathroom getting changed, another hotel guest opened the front door to my room. Reception later admitted that they had issued the same room key to two different guests. A highly unsafe and concerning event. The room itself was noisy, with traffic waking me early the next morning.

We liked that most day to day things were walkable, like shopping on George St, cafe's, even convenience stores. A better variety would have been nice for the hotel restaurants though. All 3 main restaurants were more like bars that had food.

View from our room was great.. very nice… but for the money we paid… over $700 for one night. I would have expected a lot more from our room. Shower was pathetic, basin tap was loose, the room was hot and the aircon even on full didn’t make much difference. Lighting and bed was nice although you still had to pay for the water in your room?? Breakfast in the morning was nice though.. Good location but not worth the money we paid sorry.

Nice property, it’s little things that let it down. Like toilet roll holders loose, the soap wash dispenser being empty. Close to the restaurants at Darling harbour. Probably choose another hotel though.

The hotel staff were generally helpful. I was disappointed to see that there were no Foxtel or other TV channel options other than free to air! The LG television was difficult to operate with the remote. Even after getting new batteries, it was temperamental and access to the hotel menu on the TV was ordinary. Food & Beverages were expensive for the quality offered!
