Convenient location next to airport, however the accommodation is very tired and past its use by. The reception area is very run down, the ac struggles to keeps up, if it works at all. The place just smells old too. Room was satisfactory, and served its purpose but i would consider spending the extra $10 to stay at nearby accommodation instead. Stayed at the Stamford Plaza at the beginning of our stay, and would choose that again if we ever need to come through befofe flying OS again.

Hopeless trying to get anyone to answer the phone after 8pm before we checked in - I complained about it when we finally arrived and the guy said "sorry we don't answer the phone" - we probably won't stay there again because the staff do not seem to care and are not helpful. Just because it's a budget hotel shouldn't mean the phone is not answered when people are sitting at reception and are not busy. We'd prefer to pay more and receive better service.

Convenient, close to airports, clean and secure. I have stayed here on a few occasions and i find it very good for fhe price. Takeaways Conveniently located next door on one side and another hotel where dine in is available on the other side. I will return!

We were fully satisfied and happy with our experience staying at the Ibis Budget for a couple of nights! I had expected to get worse conditions of the property for this low price. However, our room and shower were very clean. Check-in and check-out procedures were so easy and fast to go through! Staff team was friendly and helpful! It was also very convenient that we could leave our luggages at a store room and picked it up just before the flight! Location is amazing - walking distance from the terminal! So, great value for the low price!

Absolute rubbish. Stayed 5/4 room 510. $190 a night for a step up from a hostel except you had your own bathroom. Great walking distance to airport, nice bright lights and hot shower. Bed dreadful, pillows dreadful, communal area to heat up food after takeaway no plastic cutlery. Fire alarm at 12am to cap it off. Never again

Flew in from Brisbane. Just recently stayed for one night before going on a Cruise. Very happy with the accomodation and the location itself. Was an easy walk to Mascot Train Station for Trains to the City. I had a good night sleep the bed was very comfortable and I was very impressed at the sound proofing of the Rooms. The Hotel is very close to the airport and once in my Room I didn't here any air traffic noise from the Room at all. The checkin process is easy and the staff were very welcoming and friendly on arrival. Checkout was very easy with express checkout available. If you have a flight stop over in Sydney or even have a Cruise booked departing from the Cruise Terminal at Circular Quay I highly recommend staying here for your pre accommodation. Very happy with the Hotel and will definitely be back.
