Greeted with Concierge that I could barley understand, Then second Concierge called me Madam which I am clearly not since I'm a Man..LOL. Anyway. -Hotel was quite large trying to find your room was like trying to find your way out of one of those Hedge Mazes. Free Coronavirus Sanitizer liquid Bottle. Shower head was not screwed on properly so water was spouting out like a neck wound sprouting out blood. So I had to screw it back on myself - naked by the way. They supplied Shampoo & Conditioner, Moisturizer but no body wash? Have to buy your own food in stick in in a small bar fridge. Booked a room with a Sydney View but instead they gave me a arkward angle room with a view of the back of other buildings-nice!

Hotel was clean and location great but parking was a nighmare if you drive a 4WD. The height is 1.9m so couldn't fit and reception was not helpful at all about other options available except that I could park outside but had to move the car at 6am. Not sure where I was moving it to! Ended up paying for parking at the Mater Hospital which was not far away. I strongly advise that the height of parking be advertised as not everyone drives a small car and when you have come into Sydney from western NSW you have limited knowledge of other parking facilities available to you. I booked the motel because of the parking availability, but will in future contact the hotels before booking to find out the parking height.

The property was lovely however I was the unlucky one being woken up at 7,15am by a fire alarm both mornings I stayed there 😩 assuming it’s an anomaly and will stay again

Outstanding in every way. The location is very convenient with a 1 minute walk to the train station, a high-quality foodcourt downstairs, supermarket and bottle shop downstairs. The room was very comfortable, spacious, new and stylish. There was a Nespresso coffee machine in the room and the asian tapas we ordered for dinner via room service was excellent. The level of customer service and cleanliness were also outstanding. This is one of the best value for money hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the world.
