Two remotes for the TV but no instructions. TV would not connect for first several hours to the Oaks network. For 2 nights in a row at 2.30am the TV came on automatically at volume via a 3rd parties I Phone - remotely. No working phone in the room for duration of stay. Told to use my own phone to ring concierge when needed. Was advised phone line dead after following up on my initial request to resolve it. Pretty certain goes against building WHS requirements, along with the faulty power point next to the TV. Room was not serviced on the 2nd day. Somewhere in my booking's fine print was advised that was not included in the booking! Also, before you book, check which room you will be put in. Ours was right next to a major high way at eye level so you can imagine how noisy it was on the Fri and Sat night. Won't be doing that again!

The room was not up to standard. The air conditioning was off when we arrived and took hours to cool down when we turned it on. The tv didn’t work at all. It just wanted to try and tune channels. The noise from other rooms and people walking by is extremely loud. And the shower is terrible. I am a normal size human of 186cms and the shower head was below the height of my shoulders at its highest. And the bed…….done get me started. It was like laying on concrete. If I could get a full refund I’d take it. Will never stay there again or recommend.

Staff are friendly and the room and bathroom were very clean. It can be quite noisy in thre room at times with traffic noise from Harris St and the wooden floor from the room above. Overall, l I would recommend.
