This is in the CBD, so everything was convenient. Wynyard Station is just outside the hotel, and there are plenty of coffee shops and restaurant options nearby. The room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and well-maintained. I didn’t see any amenities like a gym or pool, which was fine since I wouldn’t have used them anyway. Highly recommend this property to other travelers seeking quality and convenient accommodations.

Central in CBD, which was great for walking the downtown area. Unfortunately the staff a check in were not friendly or helpful. The view from our room was literal the side of a build directly beside it and over a back alley. Homeless people were heard regularly yelling and drunk. We were on the 3rd floor.

Superb location, great experience

Super convenient, just outside the train station and near the offices if you’re coming for work. Either way, it’s really close to the Bay Area, great for runs and walks!

The pictures of the room are decieving. I was expecting a room with a desk and an office chair like any businnes hotel. When asked the front desk they said that "sorry, we don't have that and we don't have a business center". To make the matters worst, the safe deposit box was low on battery and it took me 3 phone calls to get someone to go to check it. It took the person many tries and finally old me that I should call in the morning becuase is "fixed", but it doesn't sound right. Over all it was not a good experience, the hotel staff don't know much about what a good service is. I don't recommend this hotel if you are traveling for business and need a decent size room and good service. There are other options at the same price.
