The room is in desperate need of a refurbishment. It smelt, the bathroom was well past its use by date and the bathroom door didn’t close. It was as clean as it could be, the staff were helpful and it’s in a great position.

Steam room was closed even though it's advertised on the website Bathroom was tiny and the roof was low and sloped, no good if you're over 5ft Couldn't really stand in the shower for the same reason. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Good location. Great room service food.

One of the best included breakfasts I’ve had in Australia. Parking was good. Location was excellent, particularly with regard to the range of restaurants within close walking distance. Multiple forms of public transport easily accessible. One of those hotels where everything works seamlessly.
