The hotel felt like home and loved the in house food and bath plus because of Austar being unavailable we were given 3 free videos, will definitely stay here again

Hotel was very close to shops & trains. I enjoyed my stay there. Room was a good size, clean & comfortable.

It was ok, we asked for a room with a spa & king bed we got both but the spa didn’t even work.. We asked them to come have a look at it & they said they would be up straight away & didn’t come up..

Hotel is convenient, easy to access and plenty of parking. Staff were friendly although check in was slow. Hotel needs refurbishment to bring it up in line with other Novotels.
