Great stay in Sydney

Pros: Staff, cleanliness of rooms, comfortable beds and pillows.
We (2 adults and 2 children) spent 2 nights in a premium room. Rooms were clean and comfortable. All staff we encountered (door, spa, reception) were friends and welcoming. Special mention to Tara the cleaning lady who was clearly a dedicated staff member who took pride in her work and of course also friendly and welcoming. Overall a very enjoyable stay, would definitely return!

Great location but not a great night a sleep.

Unfortunately there was no way to turn the air conditioner off so it made us sick. And there’s was constant noises throughout the night in the ceiling vents. Take ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

I'm from a remote area of Australia in Weipa FNQ

Pros: It was all good but food was a bit too expensive for me
Cons: Everything else was OK
Location: It's right in the heart of the city Myers and David Jones right there for shopping
I couldn't get the phone to work it was just dead. Room was too cold for me and the aircon wouldn't stay at a warmer heat I had to get the aircon man to look at it.

amazing bed and pillows, ultra comfortable! 5 star

Pros: The bed!
Cons: I can not think of a single thing.
Location: Shopping, restaurants, central city location with heaps of activities
Celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here. The bed and pillows completed the perfect stay, we didn't want to move from the best bed we have ever slept in. The hotel provided a bottle of champagne as a gift, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Extremely good location, super close to everything. We will be back again and again and again! Thanks you Swissotel for a marvelous weekend.

Worst service ever

This was the worst stay I’ve ever experienced, ignorant and arrogant staff and overall bad service. I will never come back to this hotel!

Beautifully presented hotel in a great location but not ideal if travelling by car as the parking station recommended by the hotel is a number of blocks away. We had a number of issues during our stay including the loss of power to our room just after arrival, which took multiple calls to rectify. Overall customer service was disappointing.
