Great stay. Big rooms with great facilities including rooftop pool. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Unbeatable location right in the centre of City and close to all the attractions.

Each and every staff from concierge to desk services, to in-room dinning and maintenance were so friendly, professional and took pride in their duties. It's a shame that they had to face many challenges that were out of their controls as the property arrangement is not staffs and guests friendly, such as; the parking area which situated off the busy street of George Street where the staff professionally waited for as long as it took for us to arrive to guide us down to the parking space (we were more comfortable driving yourselves rather than via valet option) and had to further wait around until we unloaded the car then guided us to the reception floor as the parking area is staff access only restriction. We didn't like not having the freedom to go to our car any time we liked without having to ask a staff member to take us there. We noticed that the concierge staffs also delivers in-room dinning, attends our room to adjust the aircon temperature and also mops the floors outside the lifts area. It appears that Andy and the other really tall concierge staff goes above and beyond their core duties to maintain the outlook of the hotel whilst ensuring guests receives 5 star services.They should definitely be rewarded and recognised for their services and loyalty by senior managements. Great location, spacious high ceiling room and amazing staffs.
