Sydney one-way systems made it very hard to find the carpark and almost made us late for the show we came to Sydney to see. After nearly four hours in the car, we found a queue to check in so we left our luggage with concierge and came back after the show to check in. It then was around 10pm and we had to queue to check in for almost half an hour. We were tired and I had kids with me, and the arrangement of the seating in the reception meant having to stand in the queue or lose my spot. When it was our turn, actual check in process was also slow and by the time they got to the end of it where they ask if you want to book breakfast, I couldn’t bear having to wait any longer while they booked it so I said no. The next morning when I told the receptionist about it and asked if I could get a breakfast voucher then as compensation for the bad experience I was told told they only give out vouchers as compensation if the wait is due to the room not being ready! Which actually would have been better because at least I could have sat while waiting. Won’t be back.

Close to the city centre. Shops close by. Linen was dirty on entering room, took multiple Phone calls and a day to have the linen changed.

This hotel is a short walk to Central Station so it makes Sydney easy to navigate! The room was very small with no space to store suitcases, but it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Make sure you book the buffet breakfast.. it's amazing! Every staff member we interacted with was absolutely lovely and courteous. We loved the pool on level 14 after a big day exploring the City too. (For those so inclined, there is also a gym and sauna too) We really enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to stay next time we visit Sydney.

The baby staff at the bar have no idea, also, music way too loud. Run to the nearest pub for a better experience.

Incredible location for a city stay. So close to central station you can use this hotel as your base to travel around. The bathrooms/rooms feel a bit tired but overall it was a great stay. Breakfast is excellent for a hotel of this rating.
