Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We did just wish there was more amenities in our room though. We went to make a salad sandwich but there was no knifes or plates or even saucers. However it was a lovely stay and we would stay again we would just be prepared for that.

great location, very easy to get to Darling Harbor, where we attended a 2 day event, only small disappointment, we dropped bags in very early on day of check in and were promised a text message to say room was ready, by 5pm still no sms and room was ready, other than that a brilliant building with so much history, loved it

mostly good. Breakfast is a bit suspect. I asked for an omelet from the head chef, who made two fried eggs and folded them over. Shocking.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the CBD. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Staff are very helpful and olde world charm of the art decor building is not to be missed
