Dear Angela, Thank you for taking the time to leave these comments. Firstly, our hotel conducts regular and thorough housekeeping services and has 24 hour staffing to maintain the public areas. Throughout your stay you made no mention of any issues regarding cleanliness within your room. In addition, we understand that you disputed the need to pay the nightly pet fee of 50 and the nightly rollaway bed fee of 40. These terms are advertised in the hotel policy and must be paid by all guests who bring a dog or require extra bedding. Our team informing you of this does not result in their service being terrible. We do advertise the additional costs so they do not come as a surprise to our guests.
