We specifically purchased a room for twin beds and when we got there they ‘squeezed’ us in and found a room with twin beds because they had booked us a king bed which is ridiculous. There wasn’t no cutlery which would really come in handy, and the sound coming out of the bathroom from the tv was very weird with no clear direction of how to change it!

Not a five star hotel anymore. I booked it as a treat but I wish I’d chosen somewhere else. Dowdy and small and tired. Staff were very good though.

A very disappointing experience, having just arrived from Geneva. We identified this as our choice hotel because of the photos on the website. The main photo features the roof terrace bar and restaurant, and we chose the hotel on this basis. And then we were stunned when told that to access the terrace we would need to pay $250 each. I asked if we could simply go up to admire the view and take some photos but was refused, in a discourteous manner. This unscrupulous behaviour by a major hotel chain is unnaceptable. Avoid this hotel for their dishonesty.
