The concierge booked dinner for us last minute at Rockpool. We were very grateful, it can be hard getting into places like that with 2 kids. The hotel staff couldn’t have been more lovely and helpful.

We booked for our anniversary and no effort was made whatsoever or to make us feel special, not even note in a card wishing us a happy anniversary. We paid for an expensive room to see some beautiful Sydney harbour views, and only had views of building rooves. We tried to book a night in their bar Aster, however we were told the only sitting was at 10pm and we had to pay $40 per person to enter. The next morning, we waited over 40 mins to be served for breakfast and once seated waited over 20 mins for table water. The staff at the hotel seemed to cater for and care for the clientele from overseas rather than locals celebrating a special event in their lives. I would much rather stay at the Crown Sydney offering a 5 star experience regardless of where in the world you come from.

My husband and I stayed in the East Harbour Room. The view was epic and beautiful. Big sky, big trees (the room overlooks the Domain and the Botanic Gardens) and the beautiful expanse of deep teal water stretching as far as the eye can see. The colours in the room very much complimented the colours of the view. Byredo bal d'Afrique products in the bathroom. The hotel smelt amazing, and the interior looked amazing. Superior in every way. Breakfast was outstanding. Service was exceptional. Loved loved loved our five-day stay.

I was disappointed that I could hear the people in the next room talking. My other complaint was I rang three times for the room service tray following lunch to be removed from my room. When I returned from being out, later in the day it was still in my room. I then put it outside the door last night and it was still there this morning. I expect better from a five star hotel

Beautiful hotel. The room was amazing, spacious and thoughtfully designed from the mood lighting to the electric curtains, blue tooth speaker and the lovely soothing colour palette. Was given a complimentary upgrade from city view to a harbour view room which was just fabulous. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Sydney after this experience.

Very comfortable rooms. Lift was quick and quiet. Loved the uniqueness of the building and it was close to so many attractions.

We enjoyed the location of this property, close to everything we wanted to do. Rooms were good, quite spacious. Extensive breakfast which catered to all our needs. Swimming pool was small.
