I’ve been visiting this hotel since the mid 1990’s. Way back then I was a lowly bank clerk on expenses and found the stature of the hotel imposing and I felt underdressed. Even back then I never felt judged or was made to feel inferior. Fast forward 30 years and we can afford a harbour view room and to eat in the hotel yet the same welcoming atmosphere still exists. A testament to the training and professionalism being instilled to this day

I had a perfect stay at the hotel. They kindly had my room ready early, it was very clean & a good size. The location couldn’t have been better, less than 5 minutes to the Opera House! The breakfast the next morning was fantastic with lots of choice. I’d definitely stay there again.

We were very well locked after from the instant we arrived. Valet parking, complimentary drinks as my room wasn’t quite ready at check in time. Wonderful experience. Great location to train station and major attractions. Our king room is spacious enough and has an amazing view of both opera house and harbour bridge. The staff is very helpful all the way from check in to check out, and super responsive through their WhatsApp messages, love that!
