We got the deluxe queen room, even though it was close to a busy street, it was really nice and completely. We had lots of natural light and the room was really comfortable! Very close to the airport and walking distance to Wolli Creek with amazing food options!

The place was very noisy, not just on the corner of two main roads, but the motel area. The room we stayed in was beside the afterhours door, that banged frequently. Suitcases rolling up the ramp outside the door was very loud, and the patrons entering were loud. There was a lot of mould in the bathroom. The room was small, and the bathroom tiny, you could not get changed in the bathroom due to lack of room. The nearest parking was a laneway around the corner, not associated with the motel.

The property was definitely convenient and very accessible for the train to/ from airport and city centre which was a major consideration for me. Room itself fine for one person but somewhat put off by a massive cockroach moving around the bed and dead ones under it when coming in late at night. Very noisy on a main road in the middle of the night, not ideal. Apart from that the room was serviceable, small, somewhere to rest your head for one night. Would not recommend a longer stay.

I liked the boutique style and more creative set up of the rooms. But the hotel seemed to have had much better days and was very noisy all night. The shower had little flies in it and I didn't want to take a shower in it. Communication was ok but not great.

Inside of an old pub refurbished into a bright, clean, modern hotel with a Spanish Villa appearance. Staff happy to see you and offered the choice of a room facing the outside, or a quieter room facing the inside which I chose. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and ear plugs provided. Very clever room layout being half bathroom and half bedroom, effectively doubling the space of each. Overall 10/10. Minus 1 point because of the loud guest smoking as they walked around the common inner balcony outside everyone's window. No fault of the hotel, but it detracted from the experience. Minus another point because of the sharp little cabinet above the sink which I bumped my head on after brushing my teeth each morning. There is a lot of other wall space where this could be located. Minus a third point for the firm 6 layer pillow. I prefer 1-2 layers, but that's just me. I ended up using a bag of clothes wrapped in a towel as my pillow. One point back because of the door closer. It springs open to make it easy to enter and it springs closed. Amazing. Final score 8/10.

Misleading advertising. Online all photos of a single room appears to have a seperate bathroom and is a good size. I walked into a studio/bedsit. Smaller than it says online. The toilet was 5 feet from the bed, the shower 2 feet from the bed. Mould covered air conditioner and mould covered wall and windowsills. Inside of the kettle was also mouldy. They would not change my room. After I complained I received a refund 3 days later. Not much in the way of food within walking distance and no food at the hotel. No lifts so you have to carry your luggage up stairs. Was in good walking distance to the train. Would not stay here again.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in, do not trust the photos. Firstly the off street parking is limited and if you check in before or after school,( as one is behind the hotel), than expect to be stuck in a line of traffic for about 40mins). Our twin room was tiny and when I turned on the bathroom switch which also runs the exhaust fan it was as loud as a lawnmower. We asked reception for another room as obviously the fan motor was broken and grudgingly he agreed. The alternate twin room seemed bigger but it wasn’t until the evening we found it was worse. The second bed was under a super low ceiling, seriously watch your head, and had no air con. There were 2 connecting doors by the first bed which meant we got to hear everything said by our neighbors. The tvs didn’t work, one no reception, the other flat batteries in the remote. The range hood light didn’t work either and as there was no bedside or lamp, your choice was ceiling light the entire room or nothing. Every time a person walked past the room wheeling their bag it was loud like your door was open. We were so tired that we had to stay the first night, but as soon as we could we left early the next morning to find another place to stay. Unfortunately we had prepaid so we knew we couldn’t get a refund for the second night, but we just had to get out. In hindsight the fact that there were complimentary earplugs with the coffee and sugar, we should have seen the red flag then.
