We were informed by Wotif that we would get a full refund. We were unable to travel due to COVID-19. We have heard nothing since. The man I spoke with at the Song was most helpful. It’s a great pity that your customer service is terrible. I have always used your company - NEVER again! I informed you that the credit card used for the booking has been superseded, still nothing! the location was great across the road from station and park.the room servicing was hit and miss usually you would have to go back to receiption to get towels coffee and toilet paper because they were not replaced in servicing and there are no phones in the room to just call down to request such items

Don't be fooled, rooms advertised doesn't look like the ones in the picture. We checked in on Friday 13 March and checked out 10 minutes later. We lost our money for the two nights, but at least we didn't have to stay there. we found another hotel. The room they gave us looked like a school hostel room and didn't even have a bathroom. At $175-00 per night you would at least expect a bathroom??? We have been travelling around the world for the past 20 years and have NEVER seen a hotel like this before. More suitable for backpackers, but it should be advertised accordingly

The fridge was unclean, it had other people’s Leftovers in it. The cutlery And cups were not cleaned, disgusting. Level 4 is in need of refurbishment.

The check in process takes far to long. Normal check in is they get you name, look you up and give you a key. This place makes you go to a console to tap in all your personal information like date of birth, name, address, licence or passport number, email, phone etc. Too slow and too instrusive.
