This property is excellent for families and groups. Family-friendly dining, play areas, and enough for parents to feel they are able relax and enjoy a lux stay despite the kids. Nice and close to Sydney so would recommend to all looking for a getaway without driving too far.

This was not the cheapest of hotels - I spent over $300 for one night and included breakfast . Yet there was no eggs that were ethically or sustainably sourced. Caged eggs should not be used and the cost of the breakfast would easily cover it.

The property, though affected by recent floods, is a lovely space, even though some areas are currently unusable. It has a lot of lovely areas to explore, relax in and enjoy both inside and outside. The staff were amazing, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them to address. We stayed as we attended a midweek wedding and while they had to shuffle around the actual location on the property a few times due to flood damage and then the rainy weather, it was a beautiful setting. The food served was delicious and plentiful. The accommodation rooms were very small. The bed was short, I'm average height at 170cm and my feet were hanging off the ends. The ensuite layout is not functional. Who wants to see someone sitting on the loo? No exhaust fan either. Shower tiny and the door, while opening outwards for safety, allows the water to spill everywhere while attempting to access the towels and the floor mat is then pushed away, which can be a potential slipping hazard. Why not flip the loo and shower spaces around? The TV was huge but did not actually work. The tech team were unable to fix it during our stay, a missing cable issue. The tea/coffee facilities in room were good. Not much storage space for 2 people with attire for wedding and casual wear with suitcases. Plus try to set up the ironing board too. All in all, great for a 1 night stay and would recommend.

Very relaxing and peaceful place. Pictures of rooms and pool looked a lot bigger on website than in person, slightly disappointed. Lots of room service plates left outside room for the whole time we were there with food scapes and dirty dishes not pleasant to walk past for two days. Breakfast had a great selection but heat burners were not on to keep food hot and no black tea. Thanks
