Staff were excellent and obliging, room was very clean and tidy, we had room service for our evening meal, the quality and price very good, in fact the soft shell crab salad was one of the best I have have eaten.

Different t staff advised me on when the restaurant was open and after getting dressed it was closed the other manager blew it off very rude indeed upset and chargers for my stay were added late rates Sorrento from initial rate after extending the reservation for extra days not happy at all
