Bus stop right out the front was great. Room was right above the laundry so couldn’t sleep in. Plus the lights for car park was outside room and shine in above curtain. Could hear outside noise of other clients. No traffic noise though as at back of complex. Son loved the stay. Enough room.

The bed was not comfortable at all. You could feel the springs in the mattress. The toilet rim had a crack running down it. It took the reception staff to help us get into the actual room as the lock was damaged. The floors looked like they hadn't been mopped. You could hear all the noise from the road. The only good thing was that it had heaps of room, nice balcony, and great soft carpet. The staff were really nice and helpful though.

Plumbing leaks in bathroom sink that actually causes flooding in the cabinet below it. All taps need to be closed tightly to avoid dripping. Surfaces unclean, dishes needed redoing, mould in the shower. Someone knocked on my windows during the night so I did not feel safe. No sound proofing so could hear people upstairs room and walking around my room. The good aspects were the space and a good bed.

Was pleasantly surprised by the Motor Lodge after first stay there. Lovely staff and facilities, with large rooms very well equipped, with all conveniences. Parking was great (car and trailer for us) and access to public transport (bus) was ideal. Only small negative was traffic noise as our room was near the front of the property and traffic noise from adjacent highway was a bit loud. Very happy overall with our stay however and will use again. Thanks!
