The apartment is great for location, view and nearby shopping and restaurants. Be warned, the single beds are very narrow!

We left our key in the room so couldn’t get in and within 30 mins the lady taking our call organised for someone to come and open our door (the reception closed at 4pm so we had to phone for help as it was 4.30pm).

Room, amenities, location was excellent. Coomunication definitely not one of their forte and emergency measures is not in place. During check out, the power failure causing the basement door not being able to be opened. No one at reception to assist promptly and we had to call their number and listen to their automated message, to obtain emergency number that is not provided immediately for prompt assistance. Icalled them 7.50am and inquire them when will the service guy will arrive at the property, they can only say that he will be there immediately. I persistently asking how far away is he, they kept only saying soon. Until I raise my tone and describing that I need to leave urgently, then they said generally he should arrive within 20 mins. At 8.30am, the "owner" i think arrived without knowing what he needs to do. Luckily he had a full set of keys to open the garage door manually, one of the guest unlocked it for him as he seemed lost on what to do himself. Problem solved within one hour, but it was a very unpleasant ending to our staycation trip.
