First time staying here. Will be coming back. Staff were friendly, parking was easy, with plenty of space. Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staff included a special note in the room when I mentioned it was my birthday. In a good area to get around the city. And no noticeable road noise.

Disability room was spacious, near lifts, view of pool and hot tub. Variety of hot drinks, kettle and milk in fridge. Large comfortable bed. Only issue was shower near pool- I hear it has been repaired- however, I dislocated my shoulder trying to gather enough "mist" to clean myself.
