There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, staff were friendly, I like the idea of the roof top bar sadly I didn’t n make it up there. I will def be going back in the near future

Great location central to CBD and train station. Hotel has a great vibe and rooms are excellent. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was fantastic for breakfast with a great range to eat and drink. Overall a fantastic property.

The interior design and lighting and ambience were exceptional. The staff were very helpful too. There were a few minor hiccups though … our room number and my surname wouldn’t register when we tried to order room service, however, this was quickly rectified by the front of house staff who placed our order for us. Unfortunately we think our pizza and smashed avocado order may have been forgotten as they took an hour to arrive and both meals although nice, were cold. I wanted to make a cup of tea but the cord on the kettle was so short that we couldn’t use it. I finally came up with the idea of tipping the bin upside down and sitting the kettle on it, surely there must be another way but, we couldn’t find it. Finally, my partner went to have a shower and the water took more than 5 minutes to become hot. It was hot this morning though. All in all these are only relatively minor problems so we will definitely give this hotel a second chance. Thank you.
