The apartment was cleaned, the kitchen and laundry were self contained. The location was great, walking distance to the WACA and shopping mail and Elizabeth Quay. The pool was clean but the water is a bit cold (not heated).

The room was ok. A little dated but had everything I needed including a washing machine. It was a bit weird but they didn’t have any toilet paper in the toilet so I had to buy some.

The room in good condition and spacious, but staff support poor . WiFi P.W expired after first day, had to wait 2 days to get new one?? as staff on holiday??. WiFi was almost useless anyway as slow and constantly dropped out. Couldnt get TV or aircon to work or staff assistance, turned out batteries were flat and had to buy own batteries and toilet papper. Paid for carpark but non available sometimes!! No signs on how to check in, it was convience shop next door.

the rooms are very dated (cracked walls, curtains breaking, carpet lifting) Room smelt like smoke even though we requested nonsmoking. no housekeeping. Check in is at the convenience store on the corner. had to even purchase our own toilet paper. Rubbish was found in the couches. I would never book here again

Was everything we needed, a few quirks about it that made it different from other places I’ve stayed but perfect for a weekend in the city. Pool was clean and kept warm, and the area around it was well maintained. Will stay here again.

As we were on holiday the room was only somewhere to sleep. Facilities were fine. My son and I are 6ft 6 and beds were big enough. Place could do with a fresh coat of paint and carpet replaced (we didn’t care), and TVs updated for streaming, chrome casting etc.No real complaints

Do NOT book! You have to pay a holding deposit, which I've done many times before at other places, usually not a problem. They are refusing to give my $250 back. 1. Accused me of having a pet inside the building, which we didn't do. I've asked for video footage of us entering and leaving, even handing the keys over before leaving. 2. Apparently there was some damage on the floor, which we didn't see at all, and definitely didn't do. The photo they sent looks like old damage, and a friend who is builder absolutely agrees with this. Ive been emailing for a week now, they've taken the money and ignoring me. I'll be escalating further. Be warned, i have a feeling they have done this before, as that damage especially, is clearly old.

Very convoluted check-in process, made worse by a numbering screw-up on their end. Bathroom amenities were not topped up proactively, had to nag them twice. Wifi was pretty much nonexistent. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Safety & Quietness: The apartment was very safe and quiet, perfect for a family getaway. We felt secure throughout our stay, with no noise disturbances. Convenience & Location: Easily accessible to shopping at Alderney Shopping Centre, making it convenient for all our needs. Close to Hay Street and Murray Street, so we could walk to shops, cafes, and attractions effortlessly. Transport options were very accessible, with bus stops nearby for easy travel around the city. Staff & Service: The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Any questions or requests were promptly attended to by the helpful staff. Overall Experience: We booked 3 apartments for 3 nights and we are so happy with this apartment. Please do not hesitate to book this apartment! A great place for a large family, with spacious apartments and excellent amenities. We appreciated the quiet environment combined with the convenience of nearby shopping and transport.

Please consider the suggestion

It would be a very good improvement if the key cards were in covers with a collar attached so that you can wear them around your neck. That would reduce the risk of people locking themselves out a lot. And as information for any future guests; 1 the door by the elevator needs a bit of force sometimes and 2. if the lock on it blinks green & red then you have to go out/in through the carpark on the left side of the entrance . That's what i hadn't been told at the reception and had to figure out for myself

Indoor pool was a great way to entertain the kids. Very limited reception opening hours, check in is thru a convenient store in the building. Neighbourhood not very safe, police was seen basically every day. Apartment occupants above us yelled to people downstairs from the balcony. Apartment itself was very spacious and clean. Bit out dated in terms of furniture.
