Excellent in my case for closeness to RPH and surrounds. Good expansive accommodation with all the facilities to help with keeping g costs down for regional travellers. Staff are always there and are very courteous. CAT buses on hand for travel esp at night from RPH. It may not be the Hilton but, if you want space, it's a no trainer to stop here. Parking used to be included but is now $20 per night. Not much to pay for security of expensive vehicles.

Bathroom sink mostly blocked and drained very slow. Mould on bathroom ceiling. Body wash holder fell off the wall in the shower. Was held on with double sided tape. Whatever cleaning product used on the apartment tiles made them feel slimey and the shower floor like standing on ice. Pool out of order.

Entry to the apartment was confusing aswell as leaving the keys when we left early. Room smelt of urine and bedside tables were dusty. Furniture was dated and had marks on the curtains and furniture. Good location and comfy bed.

The laundry was free and The kitchen has basically everything we need. The beds were good and clean. The bathroom was clean with shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hand soap available. Thanks. We have really enjoyed our stay there. The only drawback is the parking, it’s quite hard to get a spot in the car park.
