Line up out the door for check in.
Had to move rooms in middle of the night as air conditioner stopped working, malfunction was something a mechanic had to fix.
Had paid more for a city view and was moved to room facing another wall so was essentially downgraded.
Returned our old key next day, car park wouldn’t work due to new key not being activated with the car park.
Bathroom fan in the room we were moved to didn’t work and there’s no open windows therefore bathroom would be foggy and wet pretty sure there is water damage from it too.
Just felt like was messed around the whole stay with not much of an apology from staff.
