The area is somewhat rundown but the hotel itself is spotless. The food options are very Asian and SE Asian. I had an excellent meal at a nearby Mexican restaurant. My queen size bed was comfortable and my room was spotless. The hotel has been refurbished recently.

I stayed so many times by myself and with my husband, affordable ,clean, spacious room, love the shower with bathe tab my favourite ❤️, Location , convince lots of Restaurants specially if you love Asian cuisine and Grocery, night outs the Hotel also, serves different types Asian and Australian cuisine as well,Bar with happy hour , Breakfast ,car park you have to pay 20 Dollars per day under cover it’s good no noise to quit to sleep if you put the blind midday still feel like night the darkness you need your alarm 😂

Good size room, excellent shower. Only minor negatives are hard bed and de-oderising powder smell from carpet? Also as others have mentioned walls are a bit thin noise wise but not a big deal. Good things-Iga 5 min walk, multitude of restaurants around corner in williams street. City about 20 min walk.Good value overall.
