The only thing that could have improved our stay was more directions towards the parking area. Apart from that our stay was perfect!

We’ve stayed at Pan Pacific with Club Lounge access many times in the past, but we won’t be returning. The canapé selection was abysmal, they no longer serve spirits and the room we were put in was smaller than most normal hotel rooms.

over priced, rooms poor water slow to drain in bath / shower, there are much better hotels for far less money.

was a very nice stay but the breakfast in the morning was very pour- I think they were understaffed and the food was not very nice we left hungry .

very good position 10 min. from cbd overlooking swann river had a very pleasant 5 days here proffesional friendly staff can reccomend we would stay there again./

Lovely big room, massive bathroom, very comfortable king bed, good view of the river. Paid for to go into the club lounge, highly recommend this. 5.30-7 every day is cocktails and a buffet of finger food (all included in price). Close to the river, the city and staff are amazing and helpful. Will definately stay again.
