Great staff and services. Clean and Tidy. Nice riverside view. Spacious. Great location and and price. The only issue I had was my room had a slight smell like maybe someone had previously smoked outside on the balcony with the sliding door open. This was only noticeable when I first arrived - entering the room. I would stay again. Would

Cleaning was well below standard, toilet and sink were very slow to empty, shower door was hanging off and the whole place seemed very unloved!

They were able to accommodate an early check in however this was delayed due to the sink in the bathroom being blocked. Whilst waiting in the foyer, other guests who appeared under the influence of something, were being threatened with eviction due to noise complaints. Once in, the room was fine for the one night we had planned to stay to allow us to attend sporting events in the area without unnecessary travel, particularly after having cleaners remove the large cockroach from the room. However on our return in the evening, there were 2 police wagons arresting people and no where to park because of this. Parking illegally, my kids decided they definitely did not want to stay feeling quite unsafe, so we went upstairs, grabbed or stuff and we checked out at ~10:30pm and made our way home. Despite saying no smoking, evidence of smoking everywhere including guests on the balcony on arrival. Would not recommend.

The property was ok, but the rooms are disgusting. Shower was flooded everytime I take a shower but the room was changed at the last day of our stay I wasn't happy at all. The balcony smiled like piss and cigarettes butts everywhere.
