We have been coming here for years and last year we stopped coming because the place was dirty and the restaurant was only doing room service meals in boxes and disposable cutlery. Understandably it was Covid 19 restrictions . However , when the carpets are worn and stained it is time to replace them. and holes in bathroom doors and walls . Terrible wall art that have been there for over 20 years . However ,we thought we would try again as Simon is always friendly and helpful . We were disappointed that Covid 19 restrictions were still in place and no evening dinning was available and room service in cardboard boxes was the only option available. Having said that ,the restaurant was open for breakfast. We were staying at the hotel one night each week and then once every three weeks for treatment at the hospital . It is very disappointing that there is no improvement in the hotel at all. Please open the restaurant fully and do some renovations and basic repairs . It was a great place to stay and meet up with family and friends when we came to Perth .

Staff were friendly and attentive. The room was a little ‘tired’ and could do with an uplift but overall - shower was hot and bed was comfortable.

Access was good and location good. Check-in and check-out staff were very good. Room was quite disappointing - no spare pillows or blankets, carpet stained, aircon came out of ark and buttons missing, cupboard fronts in kitchen were dirty and overall had a stale smell. We have used this hotel a few times in the past with no issues but this time - even though we paid a good price - were very disappointed overall

We mainly booked for the location of Burswood Park for were WA Day, we had an awesome view of the fireworks and the city lights. Bed was comfortable, room was dated especially the bathroom. Bath stained and in need of urgent repair and all walls in the bathroom and main room walls and windows were dirty, lots of tea stains, hand prints etc. A good deep clean defiantly needed.
