Limited parking, hotel is a little old, some radical carpets on the floor. Room was fine just a little dated, bathroom again was quite dated.

Pictures looked good, however upon arrival the accommodation fell well short of expectations. The place needs a good clean and a paint.

The room was clean but very old and tired. The hotel needs renovation. The shower was very small and half of the shower screen was missing. No self parking for guest cars. On a positive note the location is convenient.

Where to start……room not ready so our belongings kept on trolley in the lobby with a little fence around it……no locked room to store your luggage!!! No phone call or text to tell us when room is ready. Room stinking hot when we got in. Fridge not working so had to unplug and try different powerpoint in the hallway which worked. Carpet dirty, stained and not flat, lots of bumps & lumps. Bathroom very very old, definitely needs a facelift!!! No guest laundry on site even though they state they have one. Gym is excellent but no fan to circulate air. It does have aircon but unless you’re directly under it, you won’t feel much. Swimming pool closed for 3 days due to loose tile they are waiting for repairs????? Sounds weird to me!!! No spa either, but signs everywhere saying spa. No light in bathroom near gym. Bar not open, restaurant not open. Just cafe with limited options. I suggest you get Uber eats. Lifts are tiny. We are a family of 3 but had to take 2 lifts with our luggage. Front desk will often have an unattended sign…..even during the day!!! All in all, it was ok. Very close to Hay St Mall and it was quiet. I would suggest they lower their prices to reflect the current state of the hotel though.

There were 6 of us and we only needed 2 rooms and was able to inter connect. Free bus less than 5 min away with easy access to the city

I am not happy at all I have been charged by you and Hotel and I am not happy at all This is terrible Imagine how many other people gave Been double charged and didn’t know. I’ve called the hotel and phone rings out Terrible! Never use again
