The rooms were quite dirty - we had requested a room change straight away as the bathroom was dirty and only then we’re provided with a room that we were told had been cleaned that day

Don't advertise when booking here that you offer facilities and room amenities when they don't exist! Like an iron and a hair dryer and mini Bar and satellite TV, this is my 11th day here and my floor needs a serious relationship with a Vacuum cleaner! And My sheets and pillow cases haven't been changed are overdue to be changed, I've kept my room spotless the whole stay I would stay longer but they will not BUDGE after being here for close to 2 weeks, so I'm going to check out Sun the 1st or 2nd day of May and go to a nicer hotel that is actually Cheaper 6but2oncheckingand

I love staying at the Mercure the people are beautiful the rooms are clean spacious and the beds are very comfortable also the room service is second-to-none the food here is absolutely delicious it's just a really nice place to stay with very nice stuff the only thing I didn't like was that they advertised a hot tub but it's broken that's about it like the rest is fine it's also close to everything has drink more all the shops food shops supermarkets it's just a really good location soundproof room you can't hear any traffic I just love this place from Tanya Herbert

The room was large and reasonably comfortable. There were two dining chairs but there was enough room that a more comfortable lounge chair would've been great.

Overall quiet and pleasant stay just a couple of disappointing moments during our time there, one was the first room we were issued the bed base was broken and clearly had been for some time by the look of the damage. Secondly we placed the please clean my room card on our door over a couple of days too no avail had to physically speak to the concierge team a few times to get the room freshened up. Apart from that kitchen room service was excellent, all orders were fresh and hot fast delivery

Floors were dirty in common areas, many homeless people hanging around the area, lots of noise, hotel is just getting old.
