Love the two bedroom apartment that we had on the 18th floor, views were amazing. The gym was well equipped but people didn’t wipe the equipment down after they used it Ewwww! When housekeeping came they forgot to vacuum under the table and they left the main door wide open leaving our room unsecured whilst we were out. The staff were very friendly especially the staff in the coffee shop downstairs. The hotel was very central - great location.

Luxury With A View
Fraser Suites is well located with bus transport to the city and the airport. There is a supermarket in walking distance. Parks are nearby for walking. Our accommodation was a studio suite and was well appointed with cooking facilities a small dishwasher and spacious. We would have liked a couch rather than the one chair. The pillow menu information on the bed needs to be upgraded as the 4 pillows supplied were terrible. The carpet needs to be either cleaned or replaced as it was stained in many places. The daily cleaning was very good even if they did forget to replace coffee and toilet paper several times over the week we stayed. We had a view over the river which was wonderful. Beautiful in the morning to see the rowers on the river and at night to see the lights. The front desk staff were friendly and polite at all times we spoke with any of them. We would be very happy to stay here again in the the future as the location near transport and the parks is a bonus rather than the noise of inner CBD.

Outstanding room with great view. Tv didn't work very well Didn't dine here because we didn't want to sit in the lobby but found a couple of good places nearby and could walk to.

Was a good stay, bed was comfy, room was clean. Pool, spa and sauna was cold but 😔 The worse thing was the parking, not enough parks for all the guests. We had to park in a Wilson’s for the two nights with a tiny walk, but it was cheaper than the motel.

Great hotel and reasonably priced. Only downside was an annoying alarm of some sort that kept going off in the lobby. We stayed on the 18th floor so it was nice and quiet in our room, with views over the river. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Great place to stay in the city

The bedroom TV unit had finger hand marks all over the front of the glass, the glass on the table was not sitting on the table correctly, the bed sheets were not tucked in which meant the sheets were all squashed up by morning. The bed and pillows were the highlight, 10/10
