Wonderful service. Experienced some unidentified noise through the night and although the hotel was at capacity the staff were able to find us another, upgraded room, to which they moved our belongings while we were out enjoying the local sights. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us over the weekend and were extremely helpful and lovely. Also a great hotel in a fantastic area.

Considering the price we paid to stay at this property, we found it pretty disappointing. We had to park our car in the public car park down the road for an extra $40 for the night as their car park was full. The room was very small and basic. Tea and coffee supplied but if you want milk you have to ask at reception for it. There is no mini bar. Very central location though and rooms were clean and fresh.

Comfortable and unique stay.

Unique, clean, nice extra touches. Was quite noisy, the neighbourhood is an entertainment area, which made it difficult to get to sleep. There was a homeless person slumped in the driveway of the car park when we were exiting which was sad.

It is always a treat to stay with Hougoumont and we stay there anytime we are visiting Fremantle. Everything is close, the ammenities are excellent and the staff offer warm and individualised interactions. The complimentary breakfast is perfect to start the day and the happy hour is a great way to commence and evening exploring Freo’s bars and restaurants. The room’s are not huge but hit the spot in comfort and class. Sheets and towels are exactly what I love about hotel stays Will we be back, yep, again and again Tip: book parking and make use of the comp bikes

Excellent hotel

The boutique hotel is excellent! When arrived, we were told that 5-6pm has free beer and cheese in the bar next to the hotel. There was welcome wine delivered to the room, the following morning has nutritional breakfast as complimentary meal! Located just in the centre of Fremantle. The staff always attend to details with greetings and welcoming! The room is clean and tidy and comfortable! With the price, it’s over valued 👍👍👍👍👍 will definitely comeback later!
