Arriving late in the day to complimentary beverages and snacks was a pleasant surprise. Especially when I found out my daughter got engaged so the wine came in handy for a nice celebration alone. All staff were pleasant from the shuttle driver to the cleaner. A great experience for a first timer.

TJ - I thank you Thank you for the welcome gift. Most appreciated. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the availability of an extra blanket was welcomed. BUT... The room was dark with no natural light, unless I opened the curtains. However, there was no privacy as there were no sheers - everyone could see in, even from the freeway!!! As an older single female - to be allocated a room as far from any amenities makes no sense. Nor is it safe, I did not feel safe at all. My screen door would not shut or lock. Does not give a feeling of safety. Unable to open the windows for fresh air as there were no insect screens The room was exceptionally noisy, highway at the back - not conducive to sleep after a 21-hour long haul flight. Like the laundry availability - BUT way too expensive The entire complex needs a revamp

The airport shuttle was a bonus, and runs 24 hrs. There is also a restaurant on site, if you didnt want to go out. Food was good and decent price. Clean property, willmstay again

Keith checked me in with ease and professionalism- a great young hospitality gentleman who took my oder for dinner and was all over the place - great job Keith. TJ assisted me on how to operate the AC unit and the room while basic was perfect the night before an international flight the next day. Great surface space and spacious bathroom area / cosy bed & great shower too. Pricey but nice.

Ok to find Airport shuttle... The inconvenient part..it's a motel style..not hotel per se.. if you come by car ok .you park right in front of yr room..but if you use the shuttle you need to drag your suitcases along the gravel ti get to your room that can be far from reception area...and if it rains.. not easy . .. you get to your room wet or drenched..
