It was a lonely place to stay & the space was incredible, views overlooking the pool which I used & enjoyed… Pool towels would be great as using the same towel to shower afterwards or having to go search for a towel isn’t ideal… Body lotion container on wall was empty which I didn’t appreciate sorry… The lovely office lady searched & found me some before leaving 😀 Thank you… I would stay again for sure…

There was a problem with the room that we reported and it should of been fixed but was not. We could not use the bathroom sink for the entirety of our stay. I contacted the property to request a partial refund but so far have been ignored. I tried phoning the property too but my call wasn't answered. I would never stay here again. Rooms were not very clean.

Arrived here after a very long flight from UK, including with 2 tired and cranky children. There is a need for management to actually take an interest in the rooms they are renting out - broken window blinds. both bedrooms literally had one curtain each - that didn't even cover the width of the window. Questionable stains on the towels, only 1 cereal bowl, could only get one tv channel (turned out that remote we needed was missing), empty bottles and other rubbish remaining from last guests...plus other things we just let go as we were too tired. We called management numerous times, and the cleaning team returned - but we still had to chase things like missing remote and bowls. Ended up moving a chest of drawers to hold the curtain in the second bedroom in place...not what we wanted to experience after long international flight :/

First night the stench of both the rooms we had was unbearable. Had to shift the beds out of the room to be able to sleep. Bathroom had back mould in it. Send night with new rooms both rooms had cockroaches in the kitchen and bedroom black mould again in the kitchen.
