Lovely spot on the keys, had all we needed including washing machine, and walking distance to small group of shops(IGA, chemist, etc).

Hi Dean. All our apartments have free parking. Can be a tight squeeze for big modern vehicles but it was built to standard in the day. We have overflow parking out the front of the Resort as well. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. Please be encouraged to contact us with more feedback so we can identify more specifically what disappointed you.

The bed was rather tricky,having two single beds together with a huge gap between them…very uncomfortable to sleep. Bathroom toiletries not having a shower gel nor Body lotion!!!

Golly that's a great score given your comments. We will investigate why the beds were coming apart. They should be attached and that should not happen. We supply small quantities of shampoo, conditioner and soap. These are the only products that consumers want or use as most people bring their own. We just don't want to waste money which just drives the cost of accommodation up and it's important for us to make good decisions for the environment.

Hi Rob. You were given a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom due to maintenance. All the 1 bedroom apartments have a balcony and most of the 2 bedrooms. I believe you requested to be moved back to a 1 bedroom and our amazing staff obliged. I believe we acted quickly and apologised at the time for the inconvenience and we will now apologise publicly as well. All the best.

We enjoy our stay. Complex are secure but parking bays are too narrow. Will come bext time with a small car. Resort is close to amenities and the foreshore. Love it.
