Good location, pool area closed. Bit of a wait checking in, trainee couldn’t help at all, 2 other staff dealing with a complaining customer, felt we were ignored as they all dealt with that.

The room was nicely furnished with comfortable beds but sadly the shower was a big disappointment. It took ages for a trickle of hot water to come through. Barely enough to wash my hair. I think $400 is a lot to leave for a bond. I am still waiting for it to be back in my account.

Stayed from the 18:8:24 until the 20:8:24 had a very late checkin the staff at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. On the 19:8:24 went down for breakfast and lunch at the fire water grill again the staff there very friendly and both breakfast and lunch menu was amazing. Left on the 20:8:24 after another fantastic breakfast Thank you to the Duxton Hotel Perth and its staff for the amazing hospitality. Beverley Parkes

The hotel is so beautiful and elegant, the rooms are furnished well, the bed was so incredibly comfortable and the attention to detail was outstanding. You can tell that guests are their priority. We had some very noisy people in the room next door to us who were playing their music and talking so loudly, we didn't have a problem with them enjoying themselves, but this was next level. We called Reception who contacted the Duty Manager, and the noise stopped immediately. The Duty Manager then called us back to make sure everything was good. We were very impressed with the response and the speed in which the call was acted. We will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to everyone looking for an amazing place to stay.

Property was very clean and welcoming. Amenities in the room was very good. Staff were very polite, helpful and proactive. The breakfast spread was good too. A variety of honey available infused with cinnamon, strawberry etc. I would recommend this hotel as the location is very convenient too.
