We're however sorry to read that noise from other guests impacted your stay. We know there is some excitement about the property and some guests can celebrate a little too enthusiastically. We certainly don't want that to compromise the experience of others though and staff are available on the phone 24/7 to manage issues such as noise and we will do more to let people know about this.
