We stayed at the Crowne plaza over Australia Day. Location was perfect. Service by the restaurant was disappointing. Ordered room service by the pool and takeaway containers were half full. Ordered drinks within the happy hour and was charged full price until we questioned it. Very dated but cleaned well. Breakfast had lots to offer.

Breakfast choice was good. Coffee machine didn't work, 3 cups of cold coffee, gave up but then did get a coffee from barista which was good. Not happy with the disabled bathroom as nowhere to put toiletries & shiwer head was fixed & sprayed straight ahead soaking the bathroom floor & shiwer curtain sticking to you!! Hotel area, lifts, restrooms unclean, at 6.30am restroom had no replaced empty tissue boxes, bin overflowing with paper towels. Have stayed once before & it was good that's why came back so disappointing to see the decline.

Access to our initially allocated room was difficult. 76 yo cannot do stairs, so that was annoying. then the room she was moved to had a step in shower into a bath. again, not ideal with her mobility issues. Disappointed my request for accessibility was not recorded, making check in take longer than expected for a room move.

I am glad to see that our staff member has provided assistance to accommodate for a room move to a higher floor for your mom. Again, I understand the difficulties to manage shower over bath for an elderly guest. It was a difficult situation as the hotel were pretty full so we were left with limited options during the duration of your stay. However, we have noted down your feedback on your profile so we will make sure take note of it in the future. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly. We had a concert on Langley Park to attend. The hotel was situated perfectly.

Need more parking. Service in the restaurant was poor in the evening. Weren't able to have dinner there as they were short staffed even though there was only about 4 tables occupied. Morning service was better though.

Okay stay…rooms were comfortable but not very sound proof and very disappointed that the room service finishes at 8.45pm!! When you are picking up someone from an evening flight and don’t feel like finding a restaurant open at 9.30pm…can’t even get room service…very disappointing..will not stay again :(
