The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms where we stayed were old. They were somewhat cleaned. The bathroom under the sink was quite dusty. There wasn't enough toilet paper. I had to call to get more toilet paper. The buffet breakfast was ok, however, they had boiled eggs but when you had the boiled egg, it was hard boiled egg. The breakfast staff in particular the female, was eager to take your plates away when you have not fully finished. Overall it was ok.

The hotel is nice and location Superb. Hotel staff were useless - we paid for an extra guest and found no linen and had to call up around 21:00 . Also had to walk around the hotel from the pool area - the doors only open from the inside and are broken on the outside. Charming hotel, but seriously consider training your staff. The concerige service however good. Overall, expected better service for paying $500 per night!

Definitely not a 4 1/2 star! Needs a makeover!
For a 4 1/2 star hotel it has a lot to answer for. It feels very tired and doesn’t have the facilities you’d expect for a 4 1/2 star! The gym is the size of a toilet cubicle. The pool is a 10m pebblecrete pool that you’d have in a residential home (it looked like it had black algae at the bottom) cobwebs and dusty in the corridors! The bar staff were totally unenthusiastic about their jobs! No passion. The whole place needs a makeover! For $200-$250 per nights it needs an upgrade!
