Room was fine but breakfast was not quite up to usual Ibis standards. Bacon was hard to cut on the lean bits as if overcooked but the fatty bits were barely cooked and the scrambled egg on the second morning was still very runny. A fried egg would have been a welcome option There were no tomatoes that day Butter was served in a dish which got messy with everyone dipping into it so not very hygienic. Coffee cups only half full. Water dispenser it working and no jug or small bottles of water available as an alternative. Would have given 5 stars without these disappointments as hotel very well situated .

Excellent location, very close to trains, buses and shopping. Breakfast was good, although the staff had problems replenishing the food in time with demand. My room was adjoining a lane and was extremely noisy all night particularly being a Friday and Saturday night. I had very little sleep. The shower area leaks water while using it. The soap at the basin did not work properly unitl I was able to see a staff member to fix it. This hotel needs to renovate with double glazed windows and update the corridors which looked very old and shabby. Otherwise this location is excellent and very convenient.

This hotel has a great location, right in the middle of downtown Perth, yet not a sound penetrated our rooms. Plenty of dining choices, and Perth Station, are in easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast offering would suit all tastes. I would happily stay at the Perth Ibis again.
