Front reception staff were amazing and always welcoming. The hotel room cleaners were rude. 1 mini bar replenisher walked into my room. He only knocked twice in quick succession, not even giving me time to get up and answer the door. Just let himself in, no apology what so ever. If he had come and did this 3 minutes earlier, he would have walked in on me getting dressed. Room service was always quick and room service staff were always polite and friendly.

Rooms bland, although quite adequate. Room lighting was poor, in both the main room, and especially the bathroom.

Thanks for letting us know how your stay was with us at the Novotel Perth Langley. I am very sorry that you felt disappointed with the overall state of the room and bathroom you've stayed in. We are planning to do some refurbishment early next year and have started by doing our reception area and In April will change the carpets from our main corridors on each floors and we are very excited to share the final results with all of our guests. We hope we can welcome you again in the future.

The service at the check-in desk was excellent, the staff member who assisted at check-in and following (requested to change room due to lighting issue) went above and beyond to ensure the request was carried out to a satisfactory standard. One factor that I found slightly disappointing was the room service menu: this appears to have changed since previous stays at the venue and did not have the same range of options as it did in the past (especially for the late night options). Other than that, the venue was pleasant and the service from all staff encountered was excellent (as always).

Great location, close to CBD and regular public transport. Despite the brick walls, the room was a bit noisy with muffled sounds from adjoining rooms of showers, toilet and guests talking.

Very comfortable and clean, the room service seemed a litte pricey and there wern't too many options around for takeaways but I'd stay there again no problem.

We usually stay with Novatel and are happy customers, but this time we got a room that the bathroom was dirty, the shower head was blocked I could not wash my hair or shower properly. There was mould on the walls and hair everywhere. Was not happy and not very impressed with the state of the bathroom.

Great location. Close to the city and river. Room was comfortable and clean. Room service is available. Close to places to eat. Concert Hall , and Elizabeth Quay close by.
