We had a very unfortunate experience. Firstly our booking was duplicated so 2 apartments were booked. The property bought this to our attention but failed to offer or provide a refund. We experienced flight delays and advised the property we would be late. Unfortunately we arrived to a locked reception and no one responding to our calls. We had to book alternative accommodation, late at night and in raining weather. It was the next day before we received a reply from the property. When we advised we wished to cancel our booking, citing the prior night poor experience, we were told we can just come and stay. Still no offer to refund the duplicate booking. We offered to pay for the prior night and requested a refund for the balance of the stay (we booked for a week). We were told we can just come and stay. We lodged a formal complaint with WOTIF who simply said there was nothing they can do as it is an issue between us and the property. We will NEVER use this property or WOTIF again

Lift was broken. Had two flights of stairs to get up and down with my 78year old mother. Hardly any crockery/utensils in room. Had to ask manager to bring some. Free parking- not. Had to pay extra. Manager was very helpful in carrying our luggage to the room for us Overall it is very old and rundown and badly in need of a refurbishment

Next door neighbour had people knocking on his door frequently all night & talking loudly in the corridor outside our room (we could hear what they were saying…I’ll just say, dodgy deals)! Great location and room OK, however, ceiling fan was not working and was not repaired in our 6 day stay. (Staff did provide a portable fan, which was much appreciated). Also, the exercise room was unavailable - this was one of the facilities that we booked this hotel for, so that was disappointing. Also disappointing that on last day of our stay, staff were taking equipment from the cleaning store opposite our room very early in the morning. Moving the equipment was extremely noisy and prolonged.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. Please read the countless horrible reviews online before staying here. They will keep your deposit and lie about the reasons why. There was drugs and prostitution everywhere. The cops raided the place when I was there. I can’t believe this place is still operating.

Unfortunately very disappointed in this hotel. Upon arrival couldn’t get into my room, after a long day travelling was abit of mess about having to go back and forth to get a key that would allow me into the room. The room was very dirty and unkept, it also stank of cigarettes and weed. Cleaning fee of 20$ unsure why as the room was far from clean. $20 fee for booking through hotels?? Just more and more hidden fees. Just overall disappointed in the experience, the gentleman on reception/ who I spoke to on the phone was lovely but the whole place needs deep cleaning and making more secure, I felt unsafe during my time there.

Hotel from hell! *Watered down dishwashing liquid. *A water bottle for a vase! *2 shampoo bottles and NO soap. *1 toilet roll. *Flat clock on the wall. * Wrong wifi password in the draw * Hallways and rooms smokey stench of cigarettes and marijuana. * I fixed ya broken toilet. * I fixed ya poxy curtains. * I scrubbed ya dirty sink.. no plugs. * I cleaned under ya washing machine from filth. That's just the start.

Very dirty building that smells of cigarettes. Floors are just disgusting with stained carpets and chewing gum stuck to them, the apartment had very limited, mismatched crockery that wasn’t even clean, the ceiling fan above our bed was filthy, cracked shower screen and dripping tap in bathroom, peeling window tints on all windows. Management are liars, and will bill you for extra fees. I have photos and text messages to prove all the above.
