Hi Stephen, Thank you for your feeback, I'm sorry to hear that you experienced some noise issues in these two rooms. I'm glad you contacted reception and were able to change rooms - unfortunately to another room with the same issue. It appears as though the 09 rooms are linked to the same unit, hence the same problem. Our maintenance team has looked into this now and hopefully we won't have any further issues.
