Adina was central to Elizabeth Quay, Bell Tower,Perth Mint, Swan River. A blue cat bus was great to get to Kings Park and the Museum. Free busses are a bonus. Apartment was roomy and clean with a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Excellent kitchen facilities.

Old and tired property. Unsafe area, heckled every time we walk out the door. Washing machine didn’t work so had to move rooms. Shower in new room was a dribble but didn’t want to move again so put up with it for two weeks. Staff were friendly and helpful, the only good feature of this property.

Pleasant stay however bit noisy from Karaoke.

The location is perfect right in the middle of the CBD. The complex is nice and the rooms are neat and tidy and spacious with lots of storage and a little kitchenette. I stayed on the 3rd floor facing the street and as there is a bar downstairs which has open doors, it was quite loud and on a monday night they had a karaoke night, so make sure you ask for a higher room or a room away from the street if you need to rest. Music stopped around 10:30pm.

For a 5 night stay, paper towel in the kitchen would have been nice, also one complimentary laundry soap. Also the windows were disgustingly filthy. Otherwise the room was good, staff very helpful (we had to ask for a second chair in the outside space but it was delivered very quickly). Location was excellent for transport and shopping.
