Always a nice stay at the Clipper. Neat ,comfortable clean rooms with parking right outside your room. Such a convenient location in the heart of Rockingham. Staff are always happy, helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend.

For the average price per night definitely overpriced the bathroom is so small the toilet was just about in the shower recess, bed mattresses hard quite old to. We had a nice quite room that was good and the restaurant’s food was very nice

There was no full length hanging space. I had to lean the ironing board against the curtain to feel I had proper privacy. There was a just door between myself and the room behind me. I could hear everything from that room - the kettle heating, the microwave whirring, the people coughing, water running. It really felt like they were in the same room as me and was quite disconcerting. There was water damage coming through the wall from the bathroom and all the paint low on the wall was bubbling. I will not be staying there again.

The facilities were well kept and very clean. Staff were helpful and kind. The facility is of older syle and outdated, though it was safe and quiet. I thought the cost of the venue for one person was expensive.with such basic facilities. Also the restaurant/cafe charges the cost of 2 full espresso coffees, ($8)for one double espresso. Most places charge about 90c for an extra shot.
